Jan was born in Pensacola where she spent the better part of her childhood at Pensacola Beach and has a love a passion for “her” beach and the rivers in this area. She and her husband both have radio in their blood but he’s definitely spent more time at it than she. Jan has three “perfect” children and they are the loves of her life along with her nieces and nephews.
.She believes that, music truly is the key to the soul and grew up in southern baptist churches and when at the age of 18 months (that was before nurseries) she began to “boogie down” in the front of the church, her parents knew she just wasn’t quite all Baptist…(they were right).she’s been dancing “in front” ever since.
.Her “life” philosphy comes from all she has walked through.(of course, as per Jan the philosphy may change before the inks dry on this paragrah!) But she always always believes we all should: Do something good for somebody everyday and bless them. And never ever tell about the good you’ve done, and in turn, when somebody wants to bless you, don’t rob them of their blessing. Let them do it!
