During a performance at Wuyuan River Stadium in Haikou, China on Saturday night (September 28), Kanye West announced that he has a new record on the way called Bully. West also debuted a new song from that forthcoming collection called, “Beauty and the Beast.” Towards the end of his set, West announced the news from the stage, “I got a new album coming out. The album’s called ‘Bully,’ and this song is called ‘Beauty and the Beast.’” In an Instagram post detailing West’s new album and track announcement, frequent West collaborator Mike Dean left a comment claiming that “Beauty and the Beast” was a “Donda leftover,” with the Grammy-winning producer suggesting the track was initially intended for Ye’s 2021 album. In addition to the new album announcement and track premiere, West also performed a finished version of “530,” which features an added second verse of the track that was initially included in his recent collaborative album with Ty Dolla $ign, Vultures 2.
